Absolutely not. Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after a break, the program is built to meet you where you are. Everything is customized to your current level and goals.

Question 2: How quickly will I start seeing results?

Everyone’s body responds differently, but most clients begin noticing changes in strength, energy, and mindset within the first few weeks, and measurable physical results often follow shortly after.

Question 3: Can I train during the day if I work a 9–5 job?

Yes! While daytime slots are available, most clients train in the evenings or early mornings. We’ll work together to find times that fit your schedule.

Question 4: Is the consultation really free?

Yes, the first consultation is 100% free with no pressure to sign up. It’s just a chance to learn about your goals and see if this program is a good fit.

Question 5: Do you offer semi-private or group training sessions?

Yes, while Your Goal Fitness is primarily a 1-on-1 private training studio, we now offer semi-private sessions for up to 3 people max.

This is ideal for friends, couples, or family members who want to train together. Each person must be enrolled in a training program (3-month, 6-month, or 1-year). There are no single session or day-pass options for group training.

Semi-private sessions are offered by request and based on availability.

Question 6: What if I have past injuries or limitations?

That’s exactly why the program is personalized. We’ll work around any injuries or mobility concerns to make sure you’re training safely and effectively.
